Refund policy

At CHIC VIBES, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Personalized, custom, or engraved items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at chicvibes@zohomail.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

To request a return, email us before sending anything back. We will review your request and provide return instructions if it is approved. Do not send items to the mailing address above unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
